Client consent
Your client decides what you see.
Access is granted one deal at a time, after an attestation that names your firm. It can be revoked at once. That is enforced in the database rather than the interface.
Firms are onboarded personally. There’s no signup form.
01 — What you can do
Client consent and access
Connect by invite
Your invite names your firm. Your client reads what the firm will see before they accept, and they can decline.
See what connecting shows
Their search criteria, how often they search and analyse, and each deal’s stage. No documents and no analysis.
Ask for a deal
One click emails your client and takes them straight to the share switch for that deal.
Work what they share
Once a deal is shared, its deal room opens to your firm: documents, report, worksheet and checklist.
Show your work (Firm Pro)
Every view and download by your firm is recorded. On Firm Pro, your admins can review it in an access log.
02 — What your client sees
A switch on each deal, with your firm’s name on it.
They turn sharing on from the deal itself, after an attestation that names your firm. They can turn it off just as easily. They can also disconnect from your firm in their settings.
03 — Where the line is
What stays your client’s.
Connecting gives you nothing on its own. Documents and analysis open one deal at a time.
Revocation is immediate. Access ends mid-session.
It is enforced in the database rather than the interface, so it can’t be worked around.
Consent runs to the firm, not the individual.
