For M&A advisors and buy-side firms
Work inside your clients’ deals — with their consent.
Your buyers already run their search and diligence here. Invite them in. See every deal they’re chasing. Work the numbers on the deals they share. Bring them your own off-market deals.
Firms are onboarded personally. There’s no signup form.
The buyer stays in control. That is the whole design.
How consent works →Per deal, never account-wide
Sharing is granted one deal at a time, after an attestation that names your firm. Connecting to a client gives you nothing on its own.
Revocable, immediately
Turning sharing off cuts access mid-session. It’s enforced in the database rather than the interface, so it can’t be worked around.
Theirs, not yours
Consent runs to the firm, not the individual. Clients own their account and data even when you sponsor the seat. Either side can disconnect.
How it works
From invite to LOI, in four steps.
01
Invite a client
Send an email invite that names your firm. You can cover their seat, so they start on a paid plan at no cost to them.
02
They share a deal
Your client picks which deals you see. Until they do, you see the stage and listing figures, and you can ask for access in one click.
03
You work the diligence
Read their documents and the verified report. Edit the worksheet, add checklist items, leave notes where the numbers are.
04
You advise, on the record
Send a deal calculation as a PDF under your firm’s name. Message them in one thread. Every action is attributed.

Bring your own deals
Put the right off-market deal in front of the right buyer.
Import a deal your firm holds. AcquireScout ranks your clients by how well it fits their criteria, with the reasons shown. Offer it to one client exclusively, or to several.
Your client sees it at the top of their pipeline. When they accept, it becomes their deal, and you follow it in the Deal Room like any other.
How off-market matching worksOnce they share a deal
Work the diligence. Don’t rebuild it.
You see their documents, the figures pulled from them, and the same verified report your client sees. No re-keying a P&L into your own spreadsheet to catch up.
Leave a note where the numbers are. It’s attributed to you, and it emails them. Your advice never drifts into a thread nobody can find.
Inside the shared Deal RoomYour whole book
See which client needs you today.
The dashboard flags deals that have gone quiet and deals nearing LOI. Each client has a page with their search criteria and pipeline. The pipeline table holds every deal across every client.
Your client’s criteria are read straight from their search. You never have to ask what they’re looking for again.
The dashboard and pipelineBetter for both sides
More of your time goes on advice. Less on catching up.

- Your advice lands on the deal, next to the numbers it is about.
- No more emailing CIMs back and forth. You read what they uploaded.

Questions advisors ask
The fine print, up front.
Does connecting to a client let me see all their deals?
No. Connecting shows you their search criteria and the stage of each deal. Documents and analysis open only on deals they choose to share.
Can I run an analysis or upload documents for a client?
No. Your client runs the analysis and uploads the documents. You read, annotate, edit the worksheet and add to the checklist.
What happens when someone leaves my firm?
Nothing breaks. Consent runs to the firm, so every client stays with you. Past notes keep their author.
Who owns the client’s data if we pay for their seat?
The client does, from day one. Either side can end the sponsorship, and the account stays theirs.
Can we see who at our firm opened a client’s deal?
On Firm Pro, yes. Admins get an access log of every shared-deal view and document download by your firm, and every time a client turns sharing on or off.
Can I sign up today?
