The shared deal room

Work the diligence. Don’t rebuild it.

When a client shares a deal, you see what they see. Their documents, the figures pulled from them, and the same verified report. Then you add your read on top.

Firms are onboarded personally. There’s no signup form.

01 — What you can do

The shared deal room

  • Read their documents

Open and download the CIM, P&Ls and tax returns they uploaded. No more files sent back and forth by email.

  • See the verified report

The same diligence report your client sees, word for word, plus the ledger of figures it was built on.

  • Edit the worksheet

Adjust add-backs and assumptions in place. Each edit shows your name, and any field can be reset.

  • Add to the checklist

Put the questions they should ask the seller on their list. You both see who ticked what.

  • Leave notes on the deal

Notes sit on the deal, attributed to you, and email your client. They work on any connected deal, shared or not.

  • Run the calculator

Model price, debt and terms on the deal, then share a snapshot with your client.

02 — What your client sees

One switch per deal, with your firm’s name on it.

Your client turns sharing on from the deal itself and can turn it off just as easily. When you ask for access, they get an email that takes them straight to that switch.

03 — Where the line is

What stays your client’s.

  • You can’t run an analysis or upload documents. Your client does both.

  • You can’t accept extracted figures or move the deal’s stage.

  • The report is read-only. You see exactly what they see, never a softened version.

  • Every document view and download by your firm is logged.
